First, you don't have Oz, which makes me sad even though he was only in the first few seasons.
Second: I have three that tie looks wise. Really only two, because they are Angelus, Spike, and Angel. As much as I love Xander, I just find him more the goofy one. And I really never liked Riley. At all. I can really only vote on the three based on personality, because I have watched the show more than once in full and I am biased.
Angelus is my favorite personality, because he makes me laugh and is very intense... even if he is evil.
Spike is second because he's just all around awesome, he turns good by himself, and even after he turns good, he doesn't mind getting into a bit of trouble, and doing things his way.
Angel I love, but he is my least favorite personality-wise. He really is only good because he was FORCED to be good, and he reverts back to his old self the second things go weird. He is also kind of whiney. Don't get me wrong, I love him, he's just my least favorite out of the three.
